App Instructions
You can test out scanning for free without any account,
simply download the app and explore the intuitive interface.
But to make an order, follow these steps carefully:

Complete your order through this website.

You will be emailed confirmation, then instructions and an app login. Please note: this can take up to 24 hours.

Open the app and select 'FaceID' scanner when prompted.

Log in using your credentials under 'My Account'.

Scan both feet, following these instructions carefully.

Complete the included Order Form.

Upload an image of the stock insole from your footwear.
-
Save and hit 'Upload'. Wait ~30 seconds for confirmation.

Your insoles will be printed and dispatched!

Home Scanning
Home scanning is easy and convenient for simple insole builds, just follow the steps described in this video. If you require specialist insoles for sports or correction though, please visit one of our Retail Partners instead.

With a helper (for best results):​

Use a regular or ideally adjustable height chair

Raising one leg at a time, stand in a neutral position with your foot relaxed behind you, using the chair for support

Scan both feet and complete the included order form

Upload an image of the stock insole from your footwear

Save and hit 'Upload'​
Scanning alone:

Place your iOS device on the floor
-
Follow the countdown, hovering your foot above the screen
-
Scanning stops automatically when your foot exits frame
